We have found that using our picking and packing system it has reduced the number of missing stock and has been very beneficial for our customers as they can check the stock levels by logging into our system and they can also track deliveries and download any PODS they may need.
We operate our system using the following
- Product Description
- Product Code
- How product is sold (units/cartons)
- If product is Dry, Chiller or Frozen
Before the stock arrives into our depot a Purchase Order must be raised. You can add through our system.
Once stock has arrived, we then check it off and update it into our system. You get a notification email, letting you know exactly what has arrived and the use by date. Once stock is in our system, and you have orders to be picked, you can create your Sales Orders.
If you require stock to be picked up, you must fill out the Pick-up Form with all the details and send back to us day prior or early morning of the preferred pick-up day and stock must be ready by 2pm for the Pick-up. Alternately if you getting stock dropped to our depot (53 Woodforde Road Magill) it must be between 9am – 2pm.
