What temperature ranges can you maintain during transport?
We specialise in frozen and refrigerated transport and can also maintain specialised temperature ranges upon request – including pharmaceuticals (e.g. 2–8°C) and confectionery. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How do you ensure temperature control throughout the journey?
Our entire fleet is fitted with real-time temperature and location monitoring, giving continuous visibility of your freight at all times. We have strict cold chain procedures in place to ensure temperature integrity is maintained from pickup to delivery. In the event of any deviation, our team follows established protocols to address the issue promptly.
What types of goods do you transport?
We carry a wide range of temperature-sensitive freight, including fresh produce, meat and poultry, dairy, frozen goods, confectionery, and pharmaceuticals. If you have specific requirements, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

How quickly can you deliver (lead times & scheduling)?
We offer next-day metro delivery for orders received by 3:00 pm the prior business day. For regional deliveries, please refer to our delivery schedule – the same 3:00 pm cut-off applies. We also offer same-day courier services and hourly vehicle hire upon request.
Are you compliant with food safety and transport regulations?
Yes. We hold both HACCP and Meat Hygiene certifications, ensuring your goods are handled in accordance with food safety and transport regulations. Our procedures are designed to meet industry standards at every stage of the delivery process.
